- Before using PTS MusicCD Studio for the first time you must configure the program options for your computer system and your personal requirements.
- PTS MusicCD Studio can also write MPEG1 Layer 3 (.MP3) files directly. Simply use the Insert Track menu option to add them to your project list.
- You can save a lot of space if you store wave files in compressed format. (See the Track Directory tab in the Options menu.)
- You can normalize your tracks in real time while you are writing them to the CD. Just activate the Normalize option in the Write CD dialog box.
- You can move tracks up and down in the project list by pressing ALT and the Up/Down arrow keys.
- You can select a number of commonly-used functions by pressing the right mouse button in the project track list.
- Some drives deliver better audio quality when you read tracks from music CDs at single speed.
- It's advisable not to use any other programs while a CD is being written.
- You generally get better audio quality when you write CDs at single speed (1x).
- You can find a wide selection of music on the Internet at http://www.mp3.com.
- New drivers and program updates are available from our website at http://www.hilchner.de.
- You can register your program online by selecting the News & Updates option in the Help menu.
